The location was absolutely jaw-dropping - just off the bustling Piazza Navona! Even though it was tucked away in the backstreets, the staff went above and beyond to find us. The room felt more like a spacious, serviced apartment rather than a hotel, and the bathroom was mind-blowingly beautiful. We loved how well-equipped everything was, from the electric kettle to the mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks. Plus, being able to leave our bags for later collection was a super convenient feature. The staff were not only helpful but also easily reachable through WhatsApp 24/7. All in all, a truly fantastic experience!

Above all I loved the location of the hotel. In combination with the roman "spirit", and despite the fact that the first impression of the room was a little dissapointing due to the limited room space, I have to admit that I could easily choose it for my next visit in Rome. The price also is a "temptation" for re booking in this cute small Hotel.
I think that the only thing that needed to be a little different is the size of the rooms. But since this is not something easy to be done let's just mention that I would prefer the reception of the hotel to have been located in a separate floor of the rooms. It was some kind strange that opening the room's door you were directly facing the receptionist. :-)

Friendly staff, very close to major points of interests.
We were placed on a suite for 2 nights with good wifi but was transferred to another room which is comparable for the last 2 nights of our stay. The moving between buildings, although they will move all your luggages is very cumbersome because you have to pack everything again for that move. The wifi on the main building was very lousy. I have to work part of the time when I am on vacation and wifi is very important to me. The wifi on the building where we were placed on the 1st 2 nights was great but when we were transferred the wifi is hit and miss. No matter how I have complained about it, I was ignored and was given another card to place new password.

The rooms at Imperium Suite Navona were absolutely fantastic! They had parquet floors, which gave a cozy and stylish feel. I loved that they provided an electric kettle and a great selection of tea and coffee. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a nice touch too. As a young holiday goer, these amenities really made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the individually controlled air conditioning. It's just my opinion, but I felt it was a bit complicated to use.

My first impression was "Have I made a terrible mistake?" As I walked into the dark hallway of the building. However, all doubts were alleviated as we entered Imperium Suite Navona on the first floor which was a bright and welcoming area, albeit small. The staff were excellent. They were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They were also able to tell us the bus numbers and routes to take to various sites around Rome. The room was comfortable and very clean, I was surprised at how quiet it was considering that we were staying at the heart of the Eternal City. The breakfast was excellent and very substantial, the fresh croissants and cappuccinos were most enjoyable. The welcome gift, minibar, Sky tv in English and air conditioning were all added bonuses. All in all the Imperium Suite Navona was the perfect accomodation for the perfect holiday in Rome.

The hotel was nicely located near major attractions and restaurants. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. Complimentary water was plentiful. Neg: Unfortunately, the walls were thin and soundproofing was poor.

I recently stayed at a wonderful location, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Navona. The room at Imperium Suite was clean, comfortable, and had a very comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was served in the room, allowing me to enjoy it in bed. The staff was always available and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. With good Wi-Fi and a spacious, clean bathroom, it was easy for me to work in the mornings before heading out for a walk. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and gelato shops nearby, and all the major attractions within short walking distance. it was great value for the price.
Nothing to be said 🙌

The location was ideal in the sense that it was off the beaten path but at the same time hearts of the city could be reached on foot. The room was clean, modern, and utilitarian. The usb port on the TV came into good use and the full length closet mirrors were a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful with suggesting places to eat. I found especially nice complimentary terry slippers and free generous breakfast in bed.
My husband said that the cappucino was cold but I thought it was fine. I would suggest to take the other reviews of this B & B on this with a large grain of salt. Most obviously haven't traveled out of their back yard and thus are not good sources of value for dollar.
